The pre-interview process was smooth and straightforward, which I appreciated. Communication and scheduling were handled efficiently. However, during the interview itself, all of the interviewers had their cameras turned off. This was a new experience for me, and I found it somewhat off-putting. It made the interaction feel less engaging and slightly intimidating. Having cameras on could help create a more comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for candidates.
