My interview experience with ezbob was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. 1. The company delayed the scheduled meeting without any apology or proper communication, leaving me waiting unnecessarily. 2. After the delay, instead of a fair evaluation, I received an unprofessional follow-up email where I was criticized in a rude and disrespectful way. I expected a more professional approach from a company that presents itself as innovative in the fintech space. Unfortunately, this interaction showed a lack of respect for candidates and poor communication skills from the hiring team. I would not recommend interviewing with ezbob if you value professionalism and a respectful hiring process.
