First round of interview is just a phone call from HR. If they like you they will invite you to the first round. During the first round interview you will interview, they ask you about yourself and get to know you to see if you are a good fit, this part is quick. If they see you are a good fit they will invite you back for the second round interview where you will be asked more in depth questions to see if you are the right person to be hired.
