I had a very good experience with several rounds of 1:1 peer-level interviews and a panel interview with (potential) direct reports. Everyone was incredibly professional and gave me their full attention.

Interview
Contacted 1+ month after submitting resume. Moderate-depth screener with HR. Scheduled within 3 weeks for interviews with small leadership team running this newly acquired F5 subsidiary. Short portfolio presentation over Zoom, followed by 1:1 interviews with hiring manager and peer directors/managers. Then... nothing. Got no response from repeated friendly requests to HR for status. Finally received a form email 4 MONTHS after the interviews. Not a great candidate experience.

Multiple interviews with phased steps. Interviewees were from different levels within the organization. Technical, business, market, and behavioral questions asked. Question asked, Why do you want to leave (or have left) your current job?
