They contacted me on LinkedIn, got a phone call then took a "technical test" which looked like a project to avoid coding it on their own (on a one-week period). And after review of my code, getting feedback by mail about it and which was pointing out the usual things that you do not look at/consider in a technical test. They also added a few things in the feedback highlighting really well that they did not take the time to read my code as those ones were pointing out missing things which was present. Really happy they cut the process because this company seems so toxic from that experience!
