Interview questioning was robotic. Repeated questions asked in different wording which was frustrating as a candidate trying to have a fair chance when responding to questions. Felt like I was up against AI with their sheets of questions. The Branch manager was fine to speak to, however her colleague (their role title appeared to be kept secretive in abbreviated letters, which I found odd) was rude towards me upon checking myself in for the interview, also found her cold during interview proceeding.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FBD Group in May 2017
Interview
Positive experience. I was interviewed by HR and the Branch Manager. They put you at ease straight away and it was a competency based interview and lasted about 40 mins. Time at the end if you have any questions to ask too.
