Interviewing with FCBNY was easily the BEST interview experience I've ever had in the editorial world. Over the past several years, I have interviewed with numerous healthcare/pharma agencies (and btw, I used to practice anesthesia, so I am wildly qualified for that type of work), and the process has always been painfully drawn out, offensively time consuming (5 to even 6+ interviews lasting 30-40 minutes, as well as extensive, hours-long editorial assessments (free labor anyone?!?!)), and often entirely fruitless and thus wildly demoralizing and discouraging. I have dedicated literal HOURS upon HOURS interviewing and taking assessments at other places only to make it to the very end with NO offer.
Enter FCBNY, where I had 2 interviews on back-to-back days with 3 people each time. Not only were my interviewers total delights, but they also have no patience for inefficiency, which is now even more evident having accepted their offer, which was sent within DAYS of my interviews!
They knew what they were looking for, I checked all the boxes, and they wasted no time signing me on. It's no wonder that this company is so successful! The fact that they didn't totally waste my time alone was more than enough for me to accept their offer without hesitation, and I'm thrilled to be working here 😁
