Interview
Initial phone interview (word used lightly) it was just to make sure I could work the correct days should I be accepted on the scheme.
Second, video interview where 6 questions are asked and you have 40 seconds to prepare then 60 to answer. Fairly straightforward so long as you do a little background into FDM and into the IT industry. Plus general interview stuff.

Overall, the interview was mostly based on behavioral questions, nothing special. They also provided some interview tips which is really helpful.
