I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FDM Group (London, England) in Sept 2016
Interview
Online application -> Video Interview (recorded, not live) -> Assessment Centre
Assessment Centre took place at FDM Group's office in Cotton's Centre near London Bridge. Rather short and not so difficult compared to other Graduate assessment centres, but a positive experience nonetheless.
The day consisted firstly of an introductory presentation, here they put plenty of focus on the commitments required of you and what you should expect in return. This was followed by three tests - Set Notation and Venn Diagrams, Maths, and general aptitude tests (including some technical questions on IT). After a lunch break (not provided) we returned for 1:1 interviews. These were short and concise in nature, and covered areas like your interest in an IT career, your degree, and other general questions.

Interview
There is 2 rounds of interview. The first round is a short interview, and they send you a list detailing the things they will ask beforehand. The second round includes a behavioural and a technical interview, the technical interview is easy if you have some basic programming knowledge.

Interview
First-online assessment, Second-Phone call, Third-Video Interview with Recruiter (Star method) , Fourth-Video Interview with Managers (Behavioural Questions and Programming knowledge). The recruiter is kind and supportive, thanks to her, I could manage all pretty well.
Went through endless rounds online, eventually passed and got offered a job, then got put on a waiting list for over 18 months then had to redo the whole interview process in person for some reason, I think because they made a mistake offering too many people work and wanted to cut their waiting list. Then went back on another waiting list for several months further before they stopped communicating altogether. Whole thing was a disorganised mess, stringing potential candidates along with no updates or sense of how long it would take. Interview was fairly average tickets box competency things, an IQ type test, many rounds and hoops to jump through to then just sit in limbo.
