There were 5 stages. After each stage, the recruiter will call you 1-3 days after to give you an update. 1. Phone screening - recruiter calls to ask about why you are applying and if you are willing to relocate. 2. 21 question aptitude test that you get 50 minutes to do. All logic and pseudocode/flowchart/regex multichoice questions. 3. Prerecorded video interview - 5 questions that you need to record answers 1.5 minute answers for. 4. Assessment centre - they run every 2 weeks, with an online and in person option. Interview 1 is a behavioural interview with similar questions to the video interview, but the different wording can trip you up. Need to give examples and a conclusion for each answer. Interview 2 is a technical interview with easy string and array/list manipulation. No need to prep for this if you have a programming background. 5. Written offer and background check. You need emails from 2 previous jobs in order for them to check employment dates and titles.

It was pretty straight forward, 3 face-to face interviews focused on strength based questions and 4 online tests which included numeracy test, verbal reasoning, venn diagrams and psychometric tests each lasting for about 30 minutes. They were timed.
