I researched the FDM graduate program prior to speaking to an HR personnel at a job fair. The HR person was very approachable and suggested that I apply online and contact her afterwards. So I did, we spoke on the phone for 10-15 minutes where I was asked some general questions about FDM and which stream I was interested in going into. Immediately I was notified that I passed the phone interview. Currently I'm waiting to attend the assessment day, next step of the hiring process.
