Interview
The application process was easy to complete with applying only with your CV. Then the recruiters would call you back and arrange telephone interview. Make sure you research a company before doing both telephone interview and assessment centre afterwards.
Some technical questions and were asked in the multiple choice question like what is a black-box testing which was irrelevant for the role I applied for. I found the 3x 5 minute interviews straightforward, asking about your strengths and your awareness about the IT industry.
It is a four stage process first is a phone interview, a video interview, some psychometric tests that you do online attached to the video interview link and then the final stage is an assessment centre.
The interview process was extensive but overall a good test of my skills to see if I could handle the job. It was 3/4 individual interviews and aptitude tests for Maths & English.

Question 1
An example of one was "Tell me a time when you had to work to a deadline"
Psychometric tests, video interview, face to face interview. Not difficult. Some sections are long and require concentration. That's to get in to FDM. Once you're in, you have to do the same to get in with clients.
