FFS Refiners interview questions

Was very hands on. Got asked about 7 questions, 3 of which were technical and the rest were situational/scenario based as well as personal. Very comfortable, and definitely one of the better interview processes I have been through.

Fairly informal, the interview was done on site with the production manager. The interview took about an hour and afterwards I was taken on a tour of the plant. The place is messy and PPE is required to access the site. This is not a suit and tie kind of interview.
