Fifteen West had reached out to me to set up an interview with an insurance broker. Everything had been going smoothly enough until it didn't one day. The hiring manager at the insurance company had no-showed to our interview and did not tell me in advance, and essentially left me hanging there waiting for over 30 minutes. When I had reached out to the recruiter at Fifteen West, to find out what was going on, she had claimed to be traveling for business for some reason in the middle of the pandemic for some reason and did not tell me in advance. There was no one else at the firm I could reach out to about this and was left in the dark. Fifteen did not try to reschedule the interview with that person who claimed he was out sick and neglected to tell me or the agency and instead ghosted me for three weeks. It was after numerous inquiries on my end, that Fifteen decided to reach out and say that they weren't moving forward with me and did not adequately explain why or try to reschedule that interview or apologize for the failure in communication. They continue to spam me since then and had to recently beg them to stop. My recommendation: Do not use.
