Faction interview questions

A recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn about this position and wanted to set up a meeting to discuss the opportunity as they thought I was a fit. I said sure and scheduled a time slit via calendly. About 30 minutes prior they updated the invite stating there current meeting was running long and pushed it out 30 minutes. I accepted new meeting time . Instructions in the invite said they would call my cell. I never received a call. There was no follow up explaining why they didnt call and no effort to reschedule the meeting again. This wasted my morning and gave me bad impression of this company.

I interviewed with their internal recruiter/former EA, Brenn, for the first interview. The second interview was with their CFO, Derek Pilling then the third interview was with Sean Charnock, their CEO. After that, the final interview was with Luke Norris, their Founder and Chairman. Their process is long and drawn out and they do not keep you updated like they say they will. I also felt very awkward that the President didn’t have his camera on when I did for the Zoom interview. Either tell someone to turn theirs off or be prepared to have yours turned on. The President also bumped the interview back and showed up late. Even though he apologized it shows he doesn’t respect other people’s time and is extremely unprofessional.
