I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fairway Outdoor Advertising (Denison, TX) in Apr 2017
Interview
Following a 90 minute phone interview with the sales manager, I was told she would like to set up a face-to-face interview with her along with the General Manager. I was impressed with the sales manager, who was quite clear in explaining the responsibilities, the difficulties the company had overcome and the challenges. I felt like it was a decent, not great opportunity, but certainly worth pursuing. The Glassdoor reviews were mostly brutal, so I had to overcome those in my mind. The interview in the office was with the sales manager and the GM. The face-to-face interview turned me off - Why would you want to work here? was the first it's a long commute and I don't want to pay you while you are looking for a job closer to home. The GM said he only had a few minutes and needed to leave - even though the meeting was set to accommodate his schedule. The remaining nearly two hours were with the sales manager and very informative. Was told the next step was a meeting the next week with the Regional Manager - then never heard another word. After the meeting , I would not have accepted an offer anyway.

Interview
They asked me minimal questions. Questions were basic interview questions. Very easy to answer. They actually did more of the talking themselves. I just had to smile and nod.
