I interviewed at Fairway Outdoor Advertising (Denison, TX)
Interview
It was very fast, easy and straight forward. Interviewed with their GM, sales manager and a few of the sales staff. Very informal and relaxed atmosphere and everyone was very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fairway Outdoor Advertising (Ames, IA) in Apr 2017
Interview
Had a total of four interviews. The interview process isn't hard, or difficult. They asked more character questions more than anything else and detailed career background info. First interview was over the phone and during the call was asked to have a second interview. Process was very quick which I appreciated very much.

Interview
Following a 90 minute phone interview with the sales manager, I was told she would like to set up a face-to-face interview with her along with the General Manager. I was impressed with the sales manager, who was quite clear in explaining the responsibilities, the difficulties the company had overcome and the challenges. I felt like it was a decent, not great opportunity, but certainly worth pursuing. The Glassdoor reviews were mostly brutal, so I had to overcome those in my mind. The interview in the office was with the sales manager and the GM. The face-to-face interview turned me off - Why would you want to work here? was the first it's a long commute and I don't want to pay you while you are looking for a job closer to home. The GM said he only had a few minutes and needed to leave - even though the meeting was set to accommodate his schedule. The remaining nearly two hours were with the sales manager and very informative. Was told the next step was a meeting the next week with the Regional Manager - then never heard another word. After the meeting , I would not have accepted an offer anyway.
