First question: "tell me about yourself". As I answer, the CEO (H.I) rolls her eyes and looks at here nails. etc.... The director who bought me in for interview saw this and became very embarrassed. The interview continued with some unnecessary type of questioning. Theoretical situations, how to solve, etc. But, the style of questioning and interviewing may turn people off. The office is severely outdated and needs an upgrade ( I was told the CEO does not like to ay for anything, employees included). The overall vibe was depressing and quiet (as in dead/ nothing going on). Also, the pay was switched to a lower wage, despite the posting offering the wage I saw.... This was also the CEO's directive from what I was told. AVOID THIS PLACE. The guy who interviewed me quit because of this place. There was no way I was going to hop aboard.
