Extremely easy-going interview process. More like a conversation than an interview. Come prepared to talk about your previous experiences and how it relates to the current job role. They think highly of relevant experience that they can use. There is a little questionnaire they give you to fill out after the interview process, asking quirky questions to gauge personality.
