From the professional aspect: For the first stage of the hiring process to this role (out of 5 stages - that include another interviews with the HR, the head of group and a Polygraph test) the candidates needs to solve a proffessional test with 30 questions - all of them are an open answer questions, and have a professional interview right after the test.
About the HR side of the process: they gave a a slight feeling of lack of importance returning answers to candidates - after almost 2 weeks of getting no update from them, i got the answer only after contacting the HR team - which usually the candidates supposed to get an answer, nether positive or negative, after up to 1 week.
