I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Fastwork (Bangkok) in Feb 2026
Interview
The interview process was lengthy and lacked clear structure.
The stages included:
HR screening (30 minutes), during which detailed case study discussions were requested without prior clarification that this would be part of the screening scope.
A 7-day take-home assignment covering a full UX/UI process.
A 1-hour interview with the team/manager.
An additional 3-day UI take-home assignment that was introduced later, without prior notice, and was not a continuation of the previous task.
An onsite interview to present the case study and cultural check.
In total, the process took approximately one month and involved five rounds. For a startup level, this felt excessive. More importantly, the expectations and full interview scope were not communicated clearly from the beginning, which made it difficult to manage time and preparation.
While I appreciate the constructive feedback provided at the end, the overall hiring process felt unorganized and inefficient. Greater transparency and clearer planning would significantly improve the candidate experience.
I applied online. I interviewed at Fastwork in Dec 2025
Interview
3 main rounds of interview. 30 min HR screening, then interview with Lead PM and the product assignment, and if the submitted assignment pass then final interview. The interviewers were nice and friendly, but I find the assignment a bit confusing since the scope is quite small but the expected solution told to me reaches to business strategy level not only product level.
