Normally interviews are held in managers offices and are often short. Process to get hired is drug screen and background check if called after interview. Some people have to go through second interview with district manager to get job. Then they make you an offer if you have job.

First there was a phone interview where I was asked about why I wanted this position. Next was an in person interview with my center manager. I was asked about prior positions and why I left my previous job. Then I met with a regional manager to see if I was fit for this position.
