The interview process was concise and standardized, whereby the questions being asked were being read from a Company manual (of sorts.)
The process was designed to test the applicant by verbally responding to a series of “what if” questions; all questions involved devising a solution to a series of common store occurrences.

Interview
Fabulous, I didn't feel stressed and the questions were just the right amount of challenge. I had multiple people to interview, took about 2 weeks in total. I felt like the role and expectations were explained clearly, they were definitely interested in knowing if I wanted to be long term.
