HR and scheduling : Overall good process. Have good discussion and very much a cheerful positive talks.
Technical Interview :
Here the things gone wrong. Interview was called a technical interview initially but you will be only and only evaluated by coding question run result on portal even logic and other things are clear.
Question was bit okaish but interviewer is not ready to explain the question which is in hackerank /hackerearth language. I should not say but Attitude of person is like, you only read and explain me which I feel surprise. It was 1 hour interview by time but wasted my 10 -15 min in just understanding question. Even question was not clearly mention so that person can understand.
After long one sided discussion and with zero hints I have finished 80% of code. I have to perform well in next part which is automation. I have perform very well the part but person doesn’t care even if you are star in QA and Testing.
Note: Even for 10 year experience, Please make yourself a pro in competitive coding. Other things doesn’t matter in interviews. (Sad reality :( )
Advice to management :
1. Please check the role, experience and skillset before taking coding round. But If You Judge a Fish by Its Ability to Climb a Tree...
2. Please share detailed feedback to candidate which part he/she performed well. It helps a lot for candidate as well as interviewer.
