It was a video interview. You are given 30 seconds to prepare your answers and 1 minute to answer. The interview launcher they use isnt as great as others because you have to click allow on ur cam and microphone and in this 5 sec are wasted
Sent an email beforehand suggesting topics to prepare answers on, of which NONE were mentioned. Additionally just downright stupid behavioural questions that were impossible to answer. 'Tell me a time your opinion of something quickly changed' seriously what sort of awful question is this.

Interview process started with tests, then virtual interview, then F2F and finally AC. Overall, the process took a few months as I was amongst the first batch of applicants, but was run smoothly and professionally

Filled in the application form, no cover letter was required. Then I was invited to an online assessment. If you passed, you immediately got asked to do a on demand video interview, in which you had 7 days to complete. You had 1 minute to prepare your answer and 1-1.5 mins to answer.
