PHONE SCREENING ONLY. I have my final interview in a couple of days. The screening was pretty simple. Basic behavioral questions and more information about role, pay, hours, and location.

Know about the SIE exam, Series 7, and Series 63 licensing. (How many questions, what score you need, what each test "test you on")
How do you study
Know about fidelity (culture, highest passing rate 1st time in test etc.)
Explain why you are wanting to help people

What have you heard about fidelity
Bad Experience with a customer and how you handled it
Time you got negative feedback
How you study
Explain a time you didn't know what you were doing and how you handled it. How you went above and beyond with a customer explain how you de escalated a situation to have a positive outcome. Why do you want to work for the company, study habits and ability to commit

Interview
Very formal but the interview itself was relaxed and helpful to get a good feel of the company. The interviewer was very polite and thoroughly explained the culture and expectations of the company.
