Hiring process involved general case based questions by senior management. it was good and they try to check your leadeship skills, your persuausive skills as well as technical skills.The inteviers were decent people with good knowledge

Hirevue video interview with 7 questions, all behavioral. Phone interview with recruiter and a manager at one of the other locations. Technical interview with a hiring manager that had a coding section using edifire website.

The first round is a HireVue video screen, asking about generic behavioral questions. The second round was an interview asking about your resume and skills. There were no technical questions.

First had HireVu where you video tape yourself answering behavioral questions. After that I was invited to complete an onsite interview which consisted of a tour of the building then a forty five minute behavioral interview followed by a 45 minute technical interview.
