The first interview was a phone interview with a recruiter. The interview was pretty basic. She was big on being passionate about the financial industry and working for Fidelity. Most questions were behavioral based. The second interview was a little more in-depth with behavioral questions. Explaining why I wanted to work for Fidelity came in both interviews (as would be expected).
