Very dull...just go with the flow. People will just try to understand how good fit you are for that role and if you are dumb enough to follow the management without too many questions.

Why I want to apply for the role I was already working on for the past few years?
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Bengaluru) in Sept 2016
Interview
There was an online test conducted by the consultancy. The result came a week later and was asked to go to the company for further rounds which were aptitude test and two face to face (Ops) rounds. After the selection process, they will take more than a month to complete BG verification.

Three to Four rounds of interview - Written test , Process lead round, Hiring manager and round, HR round - It was very good experience and shows your capability to get into such company not as easily as you think.
