I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments in Feb 2014
Interview
Extremely easy. Mostly behavioral and past experience questions. I was first interviewed by the manager of the team I was interviewing for and then by the tech lead of the project I was going to be working under. Almost all questions were prior experience questions and behavioral questions.
