The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments in Jan 2011
Interview
Interviewed for the Leap Program. Had 3 interviews, 30 minutes each. All 3 managers were great and I felt really comfortable talking to them. These are people who have worked here for 20 to 25 years so they've seen it all and are very knowledgeable. They ask a lot of behavioral questions and follow up on them as well so be prepared. For me only one interview out of 3 was technical which was just the basics. Only hard part is to keep it together for an hour and half as you don't get any time between interviews. As long as your honest, confident and know what your talking about then you will do great. This was my first job interview after graduating and hopefully will be my last.

Interview
first round is just a recruiter call, technically it was scheduled but they called me randomly then got a quick rejection from the hiring manager after a week and a half of waiting
I applied online. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments in Dec 2025
Interview
It was a phone screen interview (1st round) that lasted 10-15 minutes. It mainly consisted of questions that asked about work experience, skills, type of roles you'd be interested in.
I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Merrimack, NH)
Interview
Initial recruiter call but I didn’t get the offer due to sponsorship issue. But I had connected with rest of the team and they suggest there have been only 2 more rounds. One technical which is basically asking from resume and a managerial round with hiring manager.
