I interviewed with the recruiter on the first round going over the responsibilities for the role and having a second round with the hiring manager to determine my qualifications for the role. The job consists of passing the licenses to move further in the desired roles within the company.

Describe a time when you used world-class customer service.
First Screening, then one interview with hr rep then one final interview. First two went well as did the last one, but got ghosted and then called about 4 months later telling me i did not get the job.

Overall, this was a great interview process. The hiring managers ensured that the final interview was conversational and that I was comfortable throughout it. I also really appreciated how helpful the recruiter was.
