It was comprehensive. A lot of behavioral interviewing questions. Be prepared for a lot of real life examples - examples of superior customer service, deescalation skills, and reasons why you love fidelity and are a good fit for the position
First a brief phone screening, and then I needed to schedule an in person interview. The phone screening was around 30 mins and the interview itself was about an hour.
