I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Merrimack, NH)
Interview
Happened in 2023 - It was a fairly easy interview. There were two phone phases and a final interview over Zoom. It does help to be prepared. There were lots of questions that were geared towards personality which makes sense for an entry level phone role. They don't expect you to know heavily about finance, you just have to be a personable customer service associate. Definitely practice the STAR method for questions on how you overcome difficult situations and how you would handle disgruntled or confused customers. Both phone interviews were pleasant and on the Zoom call, you could tell the interviewers wanted you to succeed.

Overall, this was a great interview process. The hiring managers ensured that the final interview was conversational and that I was comfortable throughout it. I also really appreciated how helpful the recruiter was.
