Mixed interview experience – professional process but disappointing communication Interview process: I had a first-round virtual interview, which was straightforward and friendly. The second round lasted around 1.5 hours and included a 30-minute task. While the questions were relevant and the interviewers were pleasant, I found the length of the task excessive. Feedback & outcome: I was told I’d hear back the next day but didn’t receive any update until several days later, when I got a short rejection email. I asked for feedback but unfortunately never heard back again, which was disappointing given the time and effort involved. Overall impression: The process was well-organised at first, and the team seemed passionate about their mission, but the follow-up communication could have been more professional and considerate.
