Figure Markets interview questions

I had an interview with a recruiter at Figure Markets, followed by a scheduled video interview with an HRBP. Unfortunately, the HRBP didn’t attend the interview, so it had to be rescheduled. Before the rescheduled date, I was informed that the HRBP had an emergency, and the interview would need to be postponed. I was assured I’d receive an update "by the end of that week." Two weeks passed without any communication, so I followed up via email. The next day, I received a response saying the position had already been filled. I understand if a company decides to move forward with other candidates; however, the lack of communication, repeated cancellations, and vague reassurances felt unprofessional and disrespectful to my time and effort. If this is indicative of how Figure Markets operates, I cannot recommend the company. Candidates deserve to be treated with transparency and respect, even if they’re not selected.
