1) online test which includes aptitude questions, puzzles, mathematics, second part contained coding questions and third part contained finance based questions. There was one more part where one had to describe what do they like about FinMechanics work?

Basic coding questions:
1) Your given a list of elements which is added into an array, and one has to take out the median of the elements there at present in the array.
2) One Puzzle and problem solving questions

Interview
2 rounds, 1st Technical along with little bit of HR, 2nd complete HR. 1st round mostly based on resume, with some probability and 1 DSA question. It is really good to have some finance related projcts on your resume, so that there would be some thing which the interviewers might go and ask in deep.

For Probability, I was asked to find out the expected number of time we need to toss a coin in order to have 3 consecutive heads.

Interview
The interview was mostly focused to judge you as a person. It was not on you must master a single skill, they will check whether you would be a good fit for the company. Various benchmarks are consulting, finance, quant, wed development.
