I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Finc3 (Hamburg) in Sept 2022
Interview
First Step: HR Interview Second Step: Home Assignment Third Step: Technical Interview with Department Manager & HR Assignment was not too difficult. It evaluates your BI and ETL skills! Later you discuss your project with department manager, including codes you wrote! It is important to assign quite some time to do your project well! In fact, I couldn't assign the time It deserved because of my projects as freelancer! 2 weeks later I got the rejection e-mail.

Interview
There are 2 rounds (1hr each) it took 3 weeks for the entire process and the response after each round was very swift. The first round was with HR and with the director. In this round, recruiters told me about the company and position and what they are looking for in a candidate and experiences. The second Interview was with 2 department heads and it was mostly based on experiences with different projects and cultural fit questions. Throughout the interview, The interviewers were very friendly and nurturing. Big thanks to HR department for extremely optimized and well-planned interview process.

Interview
Was a different approach from the usual interviews. There was an initial connect call with the recruiter and one of the engineers, then a technical "work with the team" interview.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Initial call was about your technical skills in brief, how well you work with team, some scenarios and how you'd handle any situation in team etc.
For the second round, (work with the engineer) - they shared an article, which neither the interviewer nor interviewee had read before, and would discuss and work together, maybe build a prototype together.
