Pretty straight forward. Met with hiring manager and hr. They were clear on what they wanted the new hire to perform.

Meet department head, then direct and manager. They accept interviewer don’t have relate experience, however, this job not offering visa but looking for permanent staff. Therefore interviewer better have other visa to continue this job.

Was introduced to the job via an ex colleague who referred me. Interview was smooth as the interviewer wanted me to join them asap.
Interviewer was very insistent on wanting me having a significant pay cut and sign on to a three year employment contract where I have to pay 2 months of salary if I got a new job.
Introduced the company and mentioned that daily attendance is required. The attendance is to he clocked in via a time card. The time card is similar to those used in retail stores.
