Interview
Drive a minibus / van type of thing.
They assess basic maths etc skills
They assess basic highway code knowledge
They ask when can you start
You do a drugs test

That's pretty much it. Glass door wants atleast 30 words but its unneeded for the process at First.

The process sucks, unprofessional, undaunting, and not worth it.
They hire everyone under the sun.
