Was fine and friendly and everything was explained as I wanted it to. Received feedback quite quickly and have been working here over 1 year now. Would recommend but eventually I plan to move onto a position relative to my degree

I had one online interview, it was very easy, asked me couple of competency questions and offered me the job soon. I don’t know the process now but they always used to hire many candidates

Group interview, then solo. Felt out of place at first but the company wanted to be upfront and maybe "weed out" people who weren't interested in the lower pay and work load. The solo interview was a series of questions that were about my past experience and how I would handle an irate customer.
