The interview process was exactly how an interview should be. It was informal, relaxed, and conversational. (Much like the culture of the company) The founders did a great job describing the mission of the company and what would be expected in the position. I had 2 in-person "interviews" (really just chats) and then a handful of emails before I received an offer.
