I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Flashpoint (New York, NY) in Oct 2021
Interview
Phone screen with HR then two subsequent rounds of Zoom interviews, the first with the individual who would have been my team leader, then follow-up with a different team leader. Questions were fairly standard -- discuss background, interest in field, etc. Although the first two interviews went well, a couple of days after the third one I received a form email from a no-reply address. I would have thought after three interviews I would have at least deserved an email from my HR contact (if not a phone call) and some kind of feedback, particularly if they were "humbled by your interest in our company" and really wanted me to "stay in touch for future opportunities," as their tone-deaf email said. Experiences like this always raise questions for me about the corporate culture...

I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Flashpoint (Chesapeake, VA) in Sept 2024
Interview
The interview was on line and very comfortable. The hiring manager started with small talk to loosen up the situation. A few what if questions and technical questions. There was a quick review of my resume.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Flashpoint
Interview
Three rounds of interviews, all very friendly and personable people. The process was fairly quick, lasting about 2 weeks in total. They definitely assess not just ability but culture fit.
