      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Flip

      Interview

The first interview was a 30-minute HR screening, followed by a 30-minute conversation with the head of engineering. After that, I was given a take-home exercise, which was expected to take no more than 2 hours. The final stage was a 2-hour live coding session, which included technical and design questions. I encountered some specific questions about the tech stack that I don’t have much experience with. Overall, the interview process was quite pleasant, and everyone I spoke with was very friendly.
