Interview process was slow and much follow up was needed. There was a lot of turnover in the Human Resources department. There also seemed to be lack of communication between departments.

Friendly staff. Asked reasonable answers and seemed very interested in my experience. Ended up being offered the job and love the atmosphere! Florence Crittenton is a wonderful place to work.

Two persons interviewing and two people interviewed. Very average interview, with two individuals in the interview it can be competitive but it shows who truly wants it. Do research on the mission and it will be fine.
