Flourish Health interview questions

I applied to a couple roles and got to different places in the interview process. Most recently I interviewed for a Director role and CEO did the screenings. I'm not sure why they feel this is the right move, he's not someone who should be the first representative for the company but I guess they are putting their red flags out there. Overall my feeling is that they aren't going to give a leadership position to anyone who doesn't have a PhD. I was really exited about this company but they seem to be pretty elitist overall.
