Interview
Very relaxed setting. Was really only looking for qualifications, CFI/CFII. Wanted to see how's your availability and did a checkout flight with a Chief or assistant chief flight instructor. No presentation on a lesson was required on the ground but wanted to see proper aircraft handling and manuevering.
