Their recruitment team is extremely unprofessional. Weeks of delays between communication. Consider hiring a new hiring team, for the sake of your own company. The engineering team seemed friendly and competent though. Easy enough interview process.
Very personable and professional. Initial steps were a 30 min screening interview with a recruiter and then a pair programming Test driven development exercise with an engineer done via zoom.
