The entire process took about two weeks from beginning to end and the entire process was top notch and what every company should strive for with their candidates! After I applied on the company website, I received an email to set up a 30 minute initial interview with the Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, After moving onto the next round, I had a second interview with the Program Manager of Customer Success who was the hiring manager for the position. This interview was scheduled for 45 minutes however we had a great conversation and went a bit longer. Having made it to the third round, I interviewed with 2 additional team members at the executive level VP of Customer Success and the Director of Customer Success that was back to back interviews for about 45 minutes each in which also went a touch over the slotted timeframe due to both being great conversations. All interviews were conducted remotely and very conversational. Our conversations ranged from career experience, to the role and also added some personal aspects and laughs as well! I felt very comfortable with each team member during the entire process and although it didn't work out the way I hoped, the feedback provided by the Sr. TA Partner was a nice touch that made me feel like a real person and not just another applicant!
