Casual interview in a coffee shop, non technical but theory based. It was supportive and friendly. Interviewed by the CEO/Senior eng and asked questions about software design and questions to demonstrate communication.

Question 1
Explain any concept (not engineering related) in depth for 10 minutes

Interview
Passed initial screening.
Was asked to complete take home assessment. Submitted within 1-2 days and never received feedback, follow up or rejection. Completely ghosted after that initial touch point.
Maybe it's industry practice or company practice to ghost as a form of rejection. But overall not the best experience having put in time after work to complete it.
